Baird lives for one thing and one thing only - running!!! My comment before his first run was, "He is either going to be the best thing you have ever seen or a train wreck. There is no in between with him". Needless to say, we had to evaluate the whole team and start building around him for this year :)
While the above is certainly accurate, Baird has unfortunately been sidelined due to an injury.
