*I ran all seven of our dogs including Queeny, 11 years old, and Star, 11 months old. We finished a strong 2nd with a time of 14 minutes, 31 seconds. The first place team was an eight dog Alaskan team. A great day was had by all!
Leader's Challenge
*First place in a test of leaders' abilities. Leaders had to hold out the lines for 30 seconds and then complete a series of gee/haw turns (15 turns) without hesitation or distraction. We scored a perfect 15 points.
CCAF, Les Cedres Quebec - 4 dog class - 5km or 3 miles
*Finished 1st by almost a minute over second place with a time of 11 minutes and five seconds!
