Favorite game: fetch, chasing squirrels, playing with other dogs
Obedience/tricks learned: sit, stay, speak, turn, shake, dance, roll over and lay
Future plans: I would love Balto to be a part of a sled team but that may be a few years up the road.
Animal friends: Wilkie, the cat, Scuppers, the Westie and Nicki
If he could talk, I am sure he would say . . "Where is that darn cat or who wants to wrestle?"
Funniest moment:
Proudest moment: we were on a walk and he kept pulling towards some pine trees. I finally gave in and let him explore. In no time, there was a little lost Beagle puppy at his feet. Who knows what may have happened if Balto hadn't found him? The puppy was returned to his owner a few blocks away and everyone was happy.
He is friendly, always playful and has a great personality. He loves attention but would never admit to it. He is growing more and more every day and I am not sure if he is ever going to stop. To me, Balto truly is a star!
