Best Advice for New Puppy Owners: Give them lots of love and attention but make sure they know you are the Alpha dog.
Favorite food: Whatever we're eating - even though he doesn't know what it taste like, it must be better than his! Snausages.
Favorite toy: Roots that he has dug out of our compost pile. Recently he has dug out entire shrub root systems.
Favorite game: Tug of war or keep away.
Obedience/tricks learned: sit, down, stay (sort of), give me five (shake).
Future plans: Continue to enjoy his unending playfulness and love.
Animal friends: Our other dog, Daisy. Even though she pretends not to like him, he can't help giving her kisses. My brother's dog, Stryker, and pretty much any other dog he meets.
If he could talk, I am sure he would say . . "Let's play!" or "What? It wasn't me!"
Funniest moment: The day we hung a bird feeder in the back yard and he spent about an hour trying to climb the tree to get to it.
Proudest moment: The day he went straight to his crate without any coaxing. All we had to say was "Go to your crate, boy".
