Best Advice for New Puppy Owners: Start training and correcting from day one. Like with fences, we did and he won't attempt to jump. But that's Kodie.
Favorite food: macaroni and cheese, breath mints
Favorite toy: a big cloth knot toy for tug-o-war
Favorite game: the game I'm tougher than you. He tests his strength all the time.
Obedience/tricks learned: sit, speak, stay (You can tell the stay part is very hard to concentrate on. It's not in husky vocabulary), stands on back legs and waves at you with front paws.
Future plans: to care for him and take care of his needs. He has a great personalilty.
Animal friends: in memory of Sequoia - she took great care of him and he took care of her until her final days. Callie, a calico cat, that always stalks him and he runs!
If he could talk, I am sure he would say . . "let me go out in the big yard to run. There are a lot of friends to meet!"
Funniest moment: getting into Joyce's friend's purse to get a breath mint. He has to have clean breath.
Proudest moment: Kodie alerted us someone was trying to break in with an unusual bark we had never heard. He never even let the person know I was behind the door until I got the light on to take care of the situation. So we now know he will watch out for our safety even though he is very friendly to people.
Kodie had a great check up with the vet. Dr. Queller loves Kodie and brags about him.
